The company Gagliardi Gagliardo operates in the sector of mechanical construction on behalf of third parties and has an area of 20,000 sqm, of which 7,500 sqm are covered, accommodating the operational and administrative headquarters, and 800 sqm comprise the new plant.
The company consists of 28 employees, including 5 administrative staff and 3 technical employees who manage the production department, handling orders from material procurement to quality control of semi-finished products, up to the final testing under the supervision of Eng. Federico Staderini, production manager.
Metal Carpentry
Over the years, the company has specialized in machinery production, starting from the construction of metal structures and mechanical parts in both iron and stainless steel, to mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and final functional testing. For some clients, machine prototypes have been developed in collaboration with external technical studios for design purposes.
The equipment and tools used within the company are all from top brands; the use of CNC machines is increasingly widespread to ensure greater precision in part execution and to save on processing times, streamlining the production process. Additionally, the company is equipped with a painting booth measuring 10x5x5 meters.
